I grew up on the old school Batman television show and am surprised that there hasn't been some kind of DVD releases or box set available. Has anybody heard any news about the hold up on this? It seems like everything else is being released these days.Is the 1960's Batman TV series ever coming to DVD?
I loved the 60s Batman show! I too wish it was available.
I have looked into it's DVD release only to find out that it has not and there are not any current plans to release it due to some rights issues.
I found a nice wiki article that explains the problems more in depth and the fact that there is no release date foreseeable so far.
