OMG okay guys I have some INSDIE INFORMATION about the third batman film from a leading co-ordinating visual effects worker who worked on the dark knight. Prepare for a shock;
The Riddler is definately in the film as a center villain. NOTE: we will see the transformation of the riddler. The initial script features Talia Al Ghul and Black Mask as the head mob.. Maroni survived THAT car crash.. The Joker is mentioned briefly but is NEVER shown on screen.. he is in arkham asylum... for now - the script has it that there is a shock towards the end involving the joker but we don't see what that involvement is.
Twoface is dead. Scarecrow is apparently caught and locked up. Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman are signed on to return for their final part of their contract too. This is based on an early working draft of the script. Can't wait for more news. Will keep you informed.

The script hasn't even been written yet. Everyone involved has done nothing for the past couple months but say that they're taking a break.
