Why are they rebooting Batman again?

I am officially convinced that the people in charge of Warner Brothers are stupid. They are planning on rebooting the current Batman series after the Dark Knight Rises comes out JUST so the new Batman can be in the Justice League movie (for those of you that don't know, Justice Leauge is a series of comics about all the superheroes of the DC comics, like batman, green lantern, aquaman, wonder woman, and that guy who's weak to a rock living in the same world and working together.)

Yes, I am a batman fan-girl. But I would assume that all of you fan boys/girls of the other superheroes don't want your superheroes world to co-exist with others right?

That's not the point, this batman series, whether you like to admit it or not is phenominally succesful and popular. The good news is that this batman from nolan's series won't be in the Jusice League. But WHY reboot?

WHY include Batman?

WHY even bother making the Jusitce League Movie?

If warner bros was smart, they would continue this batman series with a new actor and director to continue, maybe just have batman years later in gotham. That way, the different actor could look slightly older or different and you could possibly include more realistic versions of characters like Batgirl or Nightwing. NOT ROBIN.

If warner brothers had common sense, they would realize that more batman films would make SO MUCH MORE money than a Justice League franchise would. Jusitce League would be popular with fanboys and die hard fans, but not the people who don't follow comics or heroes in particular and just wanted to see the batman movie because it looked interesting to them. The justice league would also have FAR less women/girls and older people in the theatres too than individual superhero movies would becasue there would be too much to follow.

Yeah, I agree with kimi metallic, WB would make a lot of extra money sticking with this franchise. It already has a large audience and even if they did make a new world for batman which caught on, (maybe it's time to go goth again like in tim burtons, lol) it would take a while for the word to spread. And let's be honest, any one with rational thinking can realize that a Justice League movie is going to BOMB, and not in a good way. I think you're right, the audience of females and people over 40 will plummit in a Jusitce League movie.

I'm personally OK, with a batman reboot, or a continuation down the road like you said, but if the new batman is included in a Jusitce League movie, I won't see either.Why are they rebooting Batman again?
Damn, I didn't know that. If that's true, that is really stupid. They should leave Nolan's batmans alone for at least a decade or two. You know Hollywood and their lust for lucrative remakes.Why are they rebooting Batman again?
Because Christopher Nolan doesn't want to direct another Batman film and WB wants to make money. Simple.
