Possible Batman 3 in the works?

I went to google news and there's been some stories about Christopher Nolan wanting to make another Batman movie. I really hope they do a trilogy. Possible Batman 3 in the works?
The Batman franchise is so profitable for the studios they won't stop them any time soon. They will make more as long as they are making money, with other actors and directors if necessary.

The real question is which villain, and who plays him/her? Personally I think the Johnny Depp as Riddler, Philip Seymour Hoffman as Penguin, and Angelina Jolie as Catwoman, rumors are just speculation.

well i can tell ya some facts if you want:



Nolan is CONSIDERING a third movie. He did sign on for 3 but he has not said 100% rather or not its gonna happen.



Any rumors of Johnny Depp playing Ridler and Hoffman playng Penguin are as fake as can be. Neither according to Nolan himself have EVER been approached to play in a batman movie.



thats not to say they wont be in it but its not any plans yet.



Aaron Eckhart asked Nolan about a return of Two Face and Nolan said simply, "Your Dead"



so, as of right now there is nothing solid
nothing will be done until a script is finished, until then we will have to wait and see what comes about.



But im with you, Nolan has made Batman the way it should have been done from the start. Dark and gritty.Possible Batman 3 in the works?
Oh Please! for heaven's sake! it's not a possible! there was going to have a third batman!
I thought there was going to be another one anyway?
