They haven't announced anything beyond "there will be another Batman movie" given the timeline on the last one, I'd say it will be another 6-8 months before the public hears anything about Batman 3, unless they strike while the iron is hot...When you think official news about the third Batman movie will come out?
It's definetly coming soon because Warner Brothers has announced that they plan to come out with 4 DC comic book movies in the next 3 years including a 3rd Batman movie. They will also be rebooting the Superman series and try to make it darker. Soon after the announcement of a 3rd Batman the announcements of casting should come in the following weeks, but the story might be a little underwraps for a while.
